 compactnmf.r Code to compact
features (here represented as lines of the matrix) before
running NMF. Used when the number of features exceeds the
computational capacity, e.g. hundreds of thousands of them.
 intraclustersimilarity.r
Function to compute intracluster similarity.
 nmfcpp.r Wrapper to call the NMF
implementation in C++ from inside R. Some other (eventually useful) functions can be
found here: other.r and nmf.r.
 nmfstandalone and nmf.so Linux 64bit binaries of a C++ NMF
implementation using fast matrix multiplication. The wrapper of the
previous bullet
provides a way to call it from inside R. Source code of the C++ part
is available through the Google's code project page of
compactnmf.
